Santa’s Luxury Boutique Villa is a contemporary boutique villa (apartments) situated in the heart of Santa Claus Village and provides premium accommodation. The family-owned villa / apartments are easy to reach by plane, car and train and all the services and activities of the Santa Claus Village are right at the door step.

Since the villa / apartments are located right in the heart of Santa Claus Village, the location is absolutely ideal. Santa's main office can be seen directly from the windows and is only about 50 meters away. All other nice things to do and restaurant services are also within walking distance. Our spacious apartments have plenty of room for the whole family, and if you wish, you can also choose an entire villa if you are traveling with a larger group.

All Rovaniemi city services, restaurants, shopping opportunities and cultural attractions are also only about a 10-minute drive away.

The people behind the Santa’s Luxury Boutique Villa are the entrepreneurial couple Mari ja Juha Kotaniemi. They both work in the company and personally take care of you during your holiday.
