Booking terms and conditions

BREAKFAST
The breakfast supplies are available in the room, so you can prepare your breakfast anytime you want, and even enjoy it in the afternoon while in bed. We are happy to tailor the breakfast for customers having special diets or food allergies. Please inform us of your breakfast requirements when booking your room or at least two days before your arrival.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
The booking shall be treated as confirmed when the full payment in advance has been provided. When reserving a room your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required.

A room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The hotel is entitled to apply credit card guarantee in order to secure the reservation

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room is at your disposal from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 11:00 am. 24 hours before the guest’s arrival we will send them a passcode for entering their apartment. The hotel is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.

GUARANTEED RESERVATION
Credit card guarantee is required for all bookings when confirming the reservation. To guarantee the reservation the hotel will need the following information: your name, credit card number, credit card expiry date, credit card CVC/CVV code, address, phone number and email address. The hotel may acquire your contact details verbally or in writing.

Credit card used for guaranteeing the stay may also be used for charging any incurred costs related to cancelled or no-show reservations.

CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL
Reservation is paid 100% with credit card in advance. Deposit payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Different policies may apply for different rates, events or periods.

SPECIAL NEEDS
Please contact sales@santasluxury.fi to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Any special diets shall be delivered 48 hours prior to your arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. We
reserve the right to have an additional charge when the needs or wishes are outside of our service scope.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Every booking includes breakfast supplies. No refund is issued if the guest does not want breakfast supplies to be delivered.

The customer is fully liable for the food and drinks brought along by themselves being fit for consumption and absolves the hotel in this respect from any claims by a third party. The hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away to the apartments.

GUEST BEHAVOR & LIABILITY
The guest is obliged to follow good manners at Santa’s Luxury Boutique Apartments. The guest shall observe the Santa’s Luxury Boutique Apartmentsterms and conditions and conduct himself/herself appropriately. If the guest breaks the Santa’s Luxury Boutique Apartments terms and conditions or does not conduct himself/herself appropriately, the Hotel reserves the right to remove the guest immediately from the Hotel premises without any refund. The guest shall be liable for any damagescaused to the Hotel or the service provider and must cover the incurred expenses in full. By confirming thereservation, the
guest accepts to pay for all damages caused directly or indirectly to the host.

SMOKING INDOORS & EXTRA CLEANING FEE
Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Should the guest smoke inside the accommodation unit, he/she will be charged a standard fee of 1500€. Other circumstances necessitating the ozonation of the accommodation unit will also result in a 1500€ fee.

Cleaning after check-out is included in the price. Daily
cleaning (change of towels, taking out rubbish) is included in the price. The guest will be charged for any additionally required cleaning services, e.g. the removal of bodily discharge. The standard extra cleaning fee is 700€ (depending on the extra cleaning services required). In case of vandalism, the guest is liable for all damages caused to the host and must cover all incurred expenses in full. Santa’s Luxury Boutique Apartments holds the right to
determine whether damages caused are considered vandalism towards the apartments.

GENERAL SILENCE
General silence is 11 pm to 8 am.
