Apartment 1 is located in the heart of the Santa Claus Village. Apartment 1 is on the first floor and ground level of the villa. The villa has a total of two apartments; Apartment 1 (the ground-level apartment) and Apartment 2 (the second-floor apartment), which can be combined into a 200m² accommodation by booking the entire villa directly during the reservation process.

Reservation is paid 100% with credit card in advance. Deposit payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. 

Please also note that the price is not based on the number of people. Apartment 1 can accommodate 5 people (+ 1 extra beds) and apartment 2 can accommodate 6 people (+ 1 extra beds). Villa can accommodate 11 people + max. 2 extra beds.
