Absolutely wonderful and magical experience for my 12-year-old daughter, my wife and I. Mari and her staff are first class with responsive communication and quickly adding any adjustments needed with items forgot or requested. They are continuously working behind the scenes to make sure you have whatever you want.

Apartment is modern, clean and meals were outstandingly prepared by personal chef. It is like having your own staff of host, chef, cleaner, driver and personal tour guide with you the whole stay.

Many memorable events including, Santa's visit to the apartment, snowmobiling, husky sleigh ride, santa's village, santa's park, northern lights, polar plunge. In addition there is ice skating within a few hundred yards of the apartment. No fuss, no lines, everything was VIP first class!

People are professional, polite and easy to talk to making this a must see destination.

What an amazing experience we had with luxury villas! Mari, the owner was amazing- even before we left for the trip she booked all our experiences for us ( husky ride, reindeer etc) and what a relief as it was extremely busy during the Christmas period. The house is stunning and so well kept, they even cleaned each day! Location is central to everything in Santa’s village only5 min walk to the activities. Mari was present and contactable throughout the whole trip, attending to our needs very quickly. thank you for making this such a memorable trip for us and our very happy 5yr old! Highly Recommend!

A Magical Stay at Santa’s Luxury Apartment
Our stay at Santa’s Luxury Apartment in Rovaniemi was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer comfort and luxury of the space. The apartment is beautifully designed, featuring big, comfortable beds with high-quality bedding, a spacious and cozy living room, and a small but well-equipped kitchenette. One of the highlights was the private sauna in one of the bathrooms—such a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring!

The house is wonderful, it is spread over two floors and each is rented. We stayed in the upper one with a view. Very spacious house and above all really modern and welcoming. Kitchen stocked with any food and drink, really a great service.
