Shipping & returns


You can order the product either from our online store, by e-mail or by doing business in our store. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. The subscriber must be dependent on an 18-year-old or the subscriber must have a guardian's permission to place an order. 


Pick-up from Santa's Luxury stores from the Arctic Circle (Joulumaantie 2B, 96300 Arctic Circle) or Rovaniemi city center (Koskikatu 18, 96200 Rovaniemi) within the store's opening hours.


Pickup from our store is free.

The delivery cost of the product depends on the chosen delivery method and the final delivery cost can be seen in the shopping cart at the ordering stage.

Our Web Store aims to dispatch all orders within two (2) working days of receipt and credit card authorization, if product is available immediately. Product-specific delivery times are visible in the product page. Please note, delivery time could be longer during the campaigns. If ordered product is not available for unexpected reason, our customer service will contact you.

You have the right to return your order by contacting us ( within 14 days of the delivery. This is stated in the Finnish consumer protection legislation. Please contact us at for your return instructions. 

Notice: Personalized products and cosmetics are not eligible for returns or changes.

Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when received by you, include all additional parts included in the order and repackaged into its original package or an equivalent. The product must be returned immediately after notifying Balmuir of a return. If the package should be lost in transit, Santa's Luxury will not be responsible. 

Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note with a reason for the return. When we have received your shipment, the amount will be refunded. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.
