Each apartment at Santa's Luxury Boutique Villa has a small but fully equipped kitchen.Do-it-yourself breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfast supplies are available in the room, so you can prepare your breakfast anytime you want, and even enjoy it in the afternoon while in bed. We are happy to tailor the breakfast for customers having special diets or food allergies. Please inform us of your breakfast requirements when booking your room or at least two days before your arrival. Our breakfast supplies include bread, butter, cheese, ham, fruits, vegetables, cereal, bacon, eggs, smoothie, yogurt, cookies, jam, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The tap water in Rovaniemi is drinkable and tastes very fresh.
FREE PARKING
Santa’s Luxury Boutique Villa has free parking for guests behind the building. When you arrive, you can park your car in any available parking space in our parking area.
NO-PETS POLICY
Pets are not allowed to stay in the hotel.
LEFT LUGGAGE FACILITIES
If you arrive in Rovaniemi before your check-in time (4 p.m.) or leave after your check-out time (11:00 a.m.), you are free to leave your luggage for storage at the villa. Please let us know about your schedule before your arrival, so that we can help you in this matter as well.

DAILY CLEANING
We do light cleaning of the kitchen on a daily basis and the breakfast supplies are replenished at the same time. This is included in the room rate.If you notice any issues in your room facilities or have any questions regarding your room, please feel free to contact us. It is also possible to order the cleaning of the entire apartment and the change of sheets/towels separately. For this we charge an additional fee of 250 euros per day.
EXTRA BEDS AND CRIBS
The standard rate of all rooms includes accommodation and breakfast. When booking a room, please remember to let us know in case an extra bed is needed. Extra beds are not added directly to the total booking price, but they are paid separately upon arrival. For extra beds, we charge an additional fee of 100€/person/night. If you are staying with a child under the age of 2: when booking a room, please let us know you need a baby crib. When booked in advance, the baby cribs are free.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in starts at 4pm. However, if you arrive earlier you may check-in earlier too if the apartment is available. If you wish to check-in earlier, kindly inform us and we will do our best to arrange the apartment for you as early as possible, but we cannot guarantee early check-in in advance. If you need to check-in before 4pm you should book your room from the previous day to guarantee it.
Check-out time is by 11pm. If your apartment is not booked for other guests there is a possibility to have a late check-out for an additional cost.
